The Bridge Program in Hobart operates from our residential facility in New Town, which offers 12 residential beds and four transitional units. The centre is close to St John’s Park and is set on six acres of grounds, with a community garden, arts centre, gymnasium and commercial kitchen.
Group work is central to the treatment that you will be offered at the Bridge Program.
The Bridge Residential Program is a 10-week clinical and therapeutic drug and alcohol recovery program.
Stay Connected is a flexible, effective, after-care program that provides long-term support for people who have completed intensive treatment in the Bridge Residential or Day Programs.
The bridge family engagement program aims to integrate family and community into the treatment program of current clients, and to work with family and community to provide education and support.
The Bridge Centre Hobart features a range of therapies including cooking, gardening, gym, art program and recreational activities.
