The Family Engagement Program at the Bridge Centre encourages family and loved ones who are concerned about their loved one’s substance use to engage in individual information and support sessions or through attendance at our Courage and Connection group program.

Our Courage and Connection program is a free and flexible group program facilitating education and empowerment for families and loved ones of someone experiencing difficulties with substance use.

Courage and Connection offers participants the opportunity to develop understanding in a range of areas including substance use and the brain, boundary setting, communication skills and mindfulness.

Courage and Connection offers participants the opportunity to develop new skills and new perspectives regarding their loved one’s substance use difficulties.
