Facilitated Group Work (Day and Residential Programs)

Group work is central to the treatment that you will be offered at the Bridge Program.

These supportive groups are offered as part of our Day and Residential Program and include therapeutic and psycho-educational group work. All groups are facilitated by our AOD specialists, and are tailored to each stage of the program. Groups are open, meaning new members join, and current members leave the group as they enter each stage.

Groups offered through the Bridge Program include relapse prevention, positive lifestyle program, boundaries, harm reduction, grief and loss, drumbeat, anger management, life skills, and an introduction to 12-step groups, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
